- A priest or spiritual director who is prepared to travel with your group
- A platform to promote your trip (i.e., a blog, a podcast, a Bible study, a parish, etc.)

Frequently asked questions:
How much work is involved?
Once you give us dates and a destination and then approve the itinerary and marketing materials, all you have to do is promote the trip. Trip promotion can take a few days or a few months, depending on how you promote and how ready your audience is to travel.
How long before we can travel?
Generally, we suggest that you begin planning your trip 12-16 months before you expect to travel. This gives us ample time to craft the perfect experience for your group and it gives you plenty of time to effectively promote the trip. If you have your heart set on a shorter timeline, contact us to see what is possible.
What happens if I can’t fill the trip?
It is very rare for a well-promoted trip to not sell. So make sure that you are promoting this trip well and you should never face this scenario. But, what if? Contact us and let’s talk through all the scenarios. We think it will put your mind at ease.
I’ve never led a group, will you help me?
Yes! Not only will we help you with everything from planning to promoting, but we will send you with an English-speaking Tour manager that will guide and advise you during your trip. You will also have 24/7 access to our Account Managers while traveling in case anything comes up.
